Our Story

Edmonds & King is a catering company based in Dinas Powys, Vale of Glamorgan. We have a passion for creating high quality service and supporting local, charity and community endeavours wherever possible. 

 

Led by Charles King, a chef with over 10 years experience, Charlie learnt his trade in London restaurants before relocating to Cardiff in 2019. Having worked in every aspect of the professional kitchen, from patisserie to sauces, Charlie prides himself on maintaining the high level of service learnt in his early days in London kitchens. His love for the hospitality industry has taken him across the world, from Barbados to Florida. This has allowed him to not only learn the tricks of world-class service known across the world, but also gain experience and knowledge of the front of house side of the business, which he considered hugely important to running a successful kitchen and understanding of the hospitality industry as a whole. After working his way up the ranks and gaining knowledge and understanding along the way, Charlie set up Edmonds & King, sharing his passion for food and customer service outside of a restaurant kitchen.
